NOTE:

1. We do not provide witnesses for any marriage ceremony. Both parties should bring their witnesses. Without these two witnesses to the marriage, we will not be able to conduct any marriage
2. Kindly provide complete names as they will appear on the marriage certificate
3. A non-refundable fee of #5,000 (five thousand naira only) is to be paid into Harakatu Falahil Islam bank account which will cover the certificate and logistics.
   
4. The application form must be submitted at least one week before the date of the marriage.
5. Please bring your deposit slip or the online payment receipt when you are submitting the form. You don’t have to really print the receipt. You can show us the receipt on your phone to automatically confirm the payment at our end.
