Rules and Regulations of Muttakif
- Muttakif must be the age of maturity.
- Muttakif should have a creed that conforms to the traditions of the Prophet (S. A. W)
- Muttakif should know the rules of guiding itikkafa.
- Noise making and group discussion are not allowed during the period of itikkafa.
- Muttakif is not allowed to eat on the mosque carpet.
- Smoking and taking intoxicants are prohibited.
- Group discussion is not allowed in the mosque.
- Muttakif should not stand and view over the fence.
- No preaching is allowed except with the permission of the Ameer.
- Muttakif should always put on his shoes whenever he is going to perform ablution
- All Muttakif should keep the mosque and its environment clean
- All toilets must be kept clean before and after use
- Muttakif is not allowed to go to the female or sister’s section during Tahajjud or Asham prayers
- Muttakif must take his bath before the call of salat
- Muttakif must obey and respect the leaders
- Noise making is not allowed during eating
- The use of phones is not allowed
- Muttakif must not use an electric heater or boiling ring in the mosque
- Roaming around the mosque premises is not allowed
- Muttakif should come with enough food
- Muttakif should always be with his identity tag
- Muttakif must be properly dressed (body hugs, wizzy jeans, ass down etc) are not allowed
